Charming single family home in cute, walkable neighborhood - La Mesa Village

We are looking to rent our home (furnished) for the duration of our sabbatical abroad. Our house is in the La Mesa Village, two blocks away from the historic downtown (shops, restaurants, coffee shops, Farmers markets every Friday, Sprouts grocery store 1 block away). Zillow walkscore of 91/100 ("walker's paradise"). Trolley stop and bus stops just a few blocks from the house. We also have two different community parks within walking distance (one of which was just redone within the year).

The house itself is a historic home that has been remodeled inside and out. 3 bedroom, 2 bath home; master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom, another spacious room with two twin beds, and a third room with a desk and sleeper sofa (converts to a full bed). We have a detached, finished room that can accommodate visitors or serve as another office. Kitchen was installed 3 years ago - it is open, bright and has lots of counter space. We have a brand new covered rear deck (which is basically functional living space almost year around in San Diego!) and a gas fire pit in the back yard.
