Updated 4 bedroom house , wood vaulted ceiling with accent lighting, 1 full bath, and gorgeous kitchen including stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, gas stove and granite counters. Sit back and relax watching the 55" flat screen on the wall or take a 4 minute walk to the sandy beach. There are 4 bedrooms, two with Queen Size beds, one with two Twin beds, and the other with a full size. There is also one sleep sofa in the family room. French doors lead to a nice deck out back. We can accommodate 2 midsize vehicles with additional public street parking. Enjoy the shared backyard for those big barbecues. Also included WIFI and cable TV including HBO. We want your vacation to be as comfy as home!

Great place for a group in the heart of everything

If you’re going to Hampton this place is pretty great value for the amount of people you can sleep. It’s only a few minute walk from most things you’d want to do. Great experience over all would book again

This was a last minute idea. We absolutely love New Hampshire and got super lucky this house was available. Super clean, great location, and the host was very responsive. We will definitely be booking another stay in the future!

Family girls weekend age 21+7 of us

The apartment was clean Central located close to the beach ,close to the stores and shopping. It was very nice to have four bedrooms with seven women. The apartment was beautifully decorated. Had everything that we need as far as appliances. It had AC, which is great for the beach area and we’ve already booked another week for the same apartment next year. We absolutely loved it there.

Fantastic communication with Brian. Beautiful place to stay, we had everything we needed. Very cute place, we all loved it. Close to boardwalk, beaches and attractions. Great Vacation Spot!!!

Very clean and cozy. Plenty of room. Easy walk to anywhere you want to go. Host is great and always gets a response to you promptly. No complaints at all....This is my 2nd year at this property and I will continue to go yearly. Would idefinitely recommend this vacation spot!!! Thank you Brian. Can't wait til next year!!!

We loved it

The place is great for a group of six like we had. It was six guys returning for UNH homecoming. The large TV was perfect for us to watch Sunday NFL. A few friends stopped by Sunday and we had adequate seating for the group. Nice updated kitchen and appliances. Great for cooking We had internet issues but Brian was all over it. He got us both a short term and long term solution.. He responds immediately. Note. One of the bedrooms is large enough to put down a queen size air mattress

Great house. Clean, updated, 4bd close to the beach. House has a nice back deck also. Host got right back to me when I sent an email for check in info. I would recommend!!

Awesome property!

We had a great time. Home is newly renovated and comfy as stated. 2 bedrooms were huge! High ceilings made it seem so big. Brian the manager was accessible and so nice! Had all the amenities we needed in the kitchen. Neighbors were very nice and made us feel at home. We joined our family from Michigan and NH and had a great time. Would rent from Brian again in a heartbeat 💓

Gorgeous beach house

The home was completely redone. Minutes from the beach. Home owner responded within in minutes to help with WiFi. Really nice porch for outdoor dining. Shelves in the kitchen were perfect food storage.

Short Walk to Expansive Beach

Delighted that we could get to the beach so easily. Interior looks to be newly done, very comfortable. The unit is on the second level, so some stairs involved in entering/exiting. I also took advantage of jet tub after a day of cycling.
