“SeaClusion” is a beautiful ocean-side home only steps from the beach, perfect for your beach vacation! Easily accommodates two families.

Second floor: master bedroom suite with king size bed, private master bath and walk-in closet; additional bedroom with queen bed; and third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Also on the second floor: den with TV, games, and books; laundry and additional full bath.

Third floor has a second “master-like” bedroom with queen bed and adjacent full bathroom with privacy. Every bedroom has been newly furnished, has large closets and lots of storage. Modern open kitchen and adjoining great room with soaring ceilings. Great room and kitchen are spacious, flooded with sunlight all day, and offer great views. Ample cabinets and counter space. Kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware, and utensils; new dishwasher and microwave oven. Front deck is right off the kitchen, newly furnished with table and chairs, and has retractable awning - perfect for morning coffee and lunch. Huge newly furnished and lighted roof sun deck, perfect for after beach or evening happy hours, offers great views of the entire island and beach.

Outdoor shower; and completely fenced-in backyard with full outdoor granite kitchen and bar (outdoor refrigerator, drawers/cabinets and sink), dining table, bar stools, and gas-plumbed grill (never worry about propane tanks). Garages are usable for parking cars, bikes, and beach gear. Rental includes use of our beach chairs, beach cart, and several beach cruiser bikes (no need to bring your bikes or rent here).

House is immaculate, beautifully landscaped, and has been recently repainted and refurnished. Hi speed WiFi. 1-minute walk to beach; easy walk to several restaurants, bars, shops, ice-cream, and WaWa, close to Bay Village.

Full-week rentals only from late June through Labor Day, partial weeks and weekends available for spring and fall. During summer, check-in/check-out is Friday. No smoking, pets, proms, or grad parties.

Great location!

Our party really enjoyed our stay at the Seaclusion. The house was clean and spacious, communication with the owner was easy, and the location was ideal. Within a block’s walking distance of the beach and a little over a mile to Fantasy Island.

Awesome stay at Seaclusion

Everything was fantastic about our stay. We had 5 adults and 5 "kids" (adults 19-25) sharing the house to attend a family wedding on Friday. The house was just perfect. It took a bit to get used to going upstairs to the kitchen and LR, but the views were well worth it. We enjoyed the rooftop deck at night and during the day. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable; the kitchen had everything we needed; the house was clean and comfortable - it became "home" very quickly - and had plenty of space for all of us to get ready and dressed for the wedding. The location was perfect - to the beach and to the Boulevard. We wished our schedules allowed us to stay longer so that we had time to enjoy the backyard (other than just cooking chicken on the grill) and the restaurants and other things nearby. We hope that we will be able to return to Seaclusion in the future for a longer stay.

Our stay despite the weather was great! The home was immaculate! The kitchen had everything we needed. A bonus was the grill was clean, something which has not always been the case in other rental properties!

Family time

Three generations got to hang out at this fabulous house. There were long walks on the beach, swimming in the just warm enough ocean, burgers on the grill, and so many great moments. Thanks for making it possible.

Nothing Short of Fabulous!

First of all, the property owner was wonderful to work with, very communicative and very responsive. This is a beautiful home with a lovely landscaped yard, outdoor kitchen and eating area. The living area is open, bright and spacious; the bedrooms are roomy with comfortable beds; the bathrooms are clean and beautiful; the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. Our family of 6 adults and 4 children under 8 enjoyed our stay very much. The walk to the beach was only a few minutes--something we had to consider with 2 toddlers and an infant. This was our first visit to LBI and this house was the perfect choice! Highly recommended.

This house is great. It’s in a great location: short walk to the beach, walk or bike to dinner and fantasy island for the kids. The house is clean and in good shape. The upstairs has an open living room / kitchen / eating area and the 2nd level has all of the bedrooms. We’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great LBI house

Family reunion

It was an amazing week! Seaclusion offered us comfort and convenience. I was born and raised four houses up from this property and my stay brought back amazing memories. The weather was perfect, water temp was outstanding, and the view of the island on the 4th of July from the upstairs deck unforgettable. Thank you!

Great house

Clean, airy and spacious -- the house was great for our family of 5 and extended family who came for a few days bringing our group up to 9. We had enough space to spread out and even on the days with bad weather we were not on top of each other. Love the location! It is an easy walk to the beach and easy walk to restaurants. We've been coming to LBI forever... spent the last 15 or so years on the north end of the island but very happy to be back on the south end and very, very happy to be on 34th St.

Beautiful home, wonderful location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in LBI. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 adults, 4 children. The short walk to the beach was great especially having 4 kids under 6 years old. The owners were very helpful with all our questions, and were very easy to work with in setting up our stay. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

Perfect family vacation home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your home. Plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out. Well appointed kitchen. Beautiful outdoor kitchen area with grill, fridge and a sink!! The location of the home is perfect- steps to the beach and a quick walk or bike ride to restaurants, wawa and the bay for sunset. We appreciated having access to the garage for our paddleboards, bikes, beach chairs, etc. Rooftop deck was lovely too. Owners were responsive and easy to communicate with. Exceeded our expectations!!!!

This house is beautiful! We rented a different house last year, that was on the beach but the house was very run down. It needed updating and a little more attention to details. This house goes above and beyond. The outdoor kitchen is phenomenal. We loved cooking on the grill. Our favorite place was the deck off the kitchen. The kids loved the top deck, that was their hang out. We had plenty of space for everyone to relax. The kitchen is beautiful and has all the cooking utensils we needed. The keurig was a homerun, gave us a little more space in the car this year. We had three bathrooms, which gave ample space for both families as well as the teenagers had their own. Washer and dryer were great to use every day. Wifi in the house was easy to hook up to. It was nice to have some added touches, spices in the cabinet, soap at all the sinks, toilet paper and paper towels were started. I will admit that I was a little hesitant about the walk back from the beach. I got spoiled with the proximity of last years house. It really was no big deal, using a beach buggy was key. We love this area. Last year we were further south. The beach is amazing, 34th street is near lifeguard swimming area. The lifeguards here were more lenient when you were out of the swim area. I loved the sand bar at low tide and best of all no flies this year. We biked every day and the kids walked downtown. I can't say enough good things about this house. I hope you and your family enjoy it as much as we did. We look forward to returning next year. We liked our exercise--going up all the stairs!!! It was all worth it!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. There was plenty of room for a family of 5 with adult kids. Great proximity to beach and restaurants so you rarely have to use your car. The owners were very accomodating and thoughtful and had all the basics covered. A great house to rent on LBI. We will be back!

The house is great

The house is great, a few houses from the beach, a great backyard with a grill, and very nice decks. We were three families and everyone had plenty of space, the rooms are decorated well and 3 bathrooms made it nice for each family.

Beautiful house and property, great location!

Great house only a few houses from the beach, in an excellent location in Beach Haven. The house seemed brand new and was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The backyard is very nicely landscaped and has a full outdoor kitchen. Also plenty of decks and outdoor seating areas with a deck off the kitchen, a small deck off the master bedroom and a rooftop deck with amazing views. The owner was very pleasant, responsive, and easy to deal with. Overall, couldn't have been happier with this house. We're already planning on coming back next year!

Great Beach long weekend!

SeaClusion worked out perfectly for our Memorial Day weekend beach getaway. The house was perfectly equipped and everything was in great condition. The decks were perfect for meals & hanging out on and its location on the beach block was ideal. It was only a 2 min walk to the beach and easy to come back from & wash out in the outdoor shower. Our group was very impressed with this house and would surely rent it again in the future. The owners were very communicative and helpful throughout the rental process

We started renting houses in LBI in 2004 for our annual summer beach vacations. Our kids (twins) had their first birthday here in LBI! We've travelled a lot as a family, but always loved coming to LBI for a week on the beach each year - sometimes it was just us, and other times we would invite friends to share the week with us. LBI has always been special to us - that one place where we were always together, playing and relaxing together. Someplace we couldn't wait to visit, and hated leaving. The week would always go by so fast!

Why they chose this property

After renting in LBI for 12 consecutive years, we finally decided to buy our own place. We had rented many different houses over the years, and knew what we wanted - someplace we loved being. We knew the minute we saw this house that it was perfect for us - bright, open, clean, and modern. Plenty of room for two families; spaces for the kids as well as the adults; a wonderful, private back yard that is beautiful and has the outdoor kitchen and dining area we loved; plenty of storage in each bedroom and the kitchen; the great room that adjoins the kitchen; multiple decks to enjoy the views; etc... In addition to all of this, we loved the location - on the same block as the beach (no crossing any streets to get to/from the beach), walking distance to plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, and ice cream. We knew we had found our dream home!

What makes this property unique

Once we purchased the home, we wanted it to be more than just a beach house. We actually use the house all year long ourselves (the beach is beautiful in the offseason), so it had to be a year-round getaway for us. We worked hard to make it extremely comfortable, with all the conveniences and amenities that we enjoy at our full-time home (new furniture; new mattresses; newly painted; equipped with everything for cooking and entertaining; high-speed Wi-Fi; new TV's, DVD players, and streaming capability). We love the great location; the outdoor kitchen, bar, and dining area; the multiple decks; and the separate areas for the kids. We are sure you will find it just right for your own vacation!
