Spacious Villa with private pool and gameroom ! ( King / King / Queen/ 2 Twins )
Why choose my Villa :
- extreme high speed internet ( comcast extreme 400 Mbps )
- our new pool heater ( with reverse valve ) heats even with very low outside temperatures !
( Standard pool heaters stop heating the pool when the outside temperature drops below 55°F )
- saline pool ( much nicer than a clorine pool , better for your skin and eyes )
- a safety fence around the pool and alarms on all doors that open to the pool
( can be removed and disarmed if needed )
- 2 King size master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms
- 1 Queen size bedroom + 1 Twin size bedroom ( 2 Twin beds )
- themed bedrooms ( Mickey Mouse Clubhouse , Pirate Mickey and Tinkerbell )
- gameroom ( 7 foot air hockey table , a full size table tennis table and a full size foosball table )
- 55 inch Flat screen TV in the livingroom
- Flat screen TV's , Airco and ceiling fan in all bedrooms
- Very spacious living room
- multi color pool light ( for that disney feeling !! )
- privacy hedge around the pool
- recently completely redecorated and repainted
- High chair and full size crib ( on wheels ) available
- All linnen and towels included
- Relax on our Fan cooled Lanai
- very close to the clubhouse ( only a 2 minute walk )
Pool Heat is charged separately at $ 25 per day plus tax ( only available for your entire stay )
Please supply the drivers name of any extra cars ( The resort security is very strict )

I am a dutch airline pilot. Bought our second home in 2010'after we fell in love with the gated community " Windsor Palms ". We love to go to our second home ourselfes and will go at least once a year. I upgrade things in our home myself, so each year there will be a significant upgrade. I hope you will enjoy our second home as much as we do !

The community " Windsor Palms " has everything !
Amongst others : A free Movie theater, beach volleyball field, basketball and tennis courts, a fitness room, gameroom, WII room, a shop, transport to the parks ( against a fee ), bike rental.
Our home is an easy 2 minute walk to the club house !
Restaurants are a few minutes drive away. A.o. : Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, Taco Bell's, Bonefish Grill and ( our favorite ) Chuy's
Walt disney World is just minutes away.
Mistic Dunes golf club is around the corner.
