The master bedroom features a traditional king size bed. From May 2025 onward, ** the second bedroom features two twin beds that are convertible into a quasi-king. By booking here, we’ll assume you prefer a quasi-king unless you write at least 48 hours prior to your arrival that you prefer two twins.

In summer, our waters tend to lay flat and are good for swimming and lounging. In winter, it's all about surfing; one of Rincon's best waves is literally in our backyard. A beach with year-round calm waters is just a 6-8 minute drive.

Note that we are located on the third floor. The building is equipped with an elevator, but it is occasionally shut down for maintenance. If you are unable to use the stairs, if necessary, please do not rent this listing.
