Powder Forest Guest House offers 6 individual rooms, each with its own bathroom, microwave, and mini fridge. There are three rooms on the first floor and three rooms on the second floor. Rooms 2, 3 and 5 also contain a full sized, sofa bed. Room 1 has a twin sized, sofa bed. Rooms 1 and 2 can be conjoined via a double door.

PLEASE NOTE THRE IS NO KITCHEN OR LIVING ROOM. The rooms are all separate, but share a common entryway (with the exception of Room 1 which has an exterior entrance but can be conjoined with Room2.)

The Guest House is situated between the pond at Millwrights Restaurant and Illumina Day Spa, both within walking distance.

There is a public pay for use, level 2 EV charger 530 feet from the building in the Mill Commons Apartments.
