Great place in PHX

We absolutely loved it here. The house itself is gorgeous and luxurious. Quiet area close to many amenities, shopping and restaurants we got to enjoy nearby. Pool and spa was SO much fun for the family and much needed for all of us. Host LeeAnn was super attentive and helpful to any questions and concerns. Lovely host and lovely property. Would highly recommend if you want a vacation in beautiful Arizona!

Beautiful Home and Pool

We have only great things to say about this property and host, LeeAnn. She communicated with us throughout our stay. We have no complaints. We had no issues checking in or out. We spent 4 days here with our friends, there was plenty of room to stretch out and the pool, even with the water temp in the 90’s (haha!) we enjoyed it everyday. A+

Fantastic House, Pool , Location & owners

Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful property. The pool, spa and outdoor area was amazing. The house was beautiful and the location was fantastic!! We attended a Cardinals’ game which was a quick drive away along with plenty of restaurants and shopping. We can’t wait to come back!

Just what we needed

Absolutely lovely home for a one week vacation. Clean, convenient, great communication with the host - would highly recommend and we hope to return and visit again soon. The host was great to work with, check in and check out were easy - this is a fully stocked home, all the necessities were provided. Close to shopping and everything you need, but it feels like your own private oasis.

Amazing Property!

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home. From the moment we walked in the door we were amazed at the cleanliness and spaciousness of the house. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool. LeeAnn was amazing and very helpful through the whole process. We are already planning our next trip to stay here with our family this time! Very close proximity to restaurants, golf, shopping.

Medina Casa

LeeAnn is an incredible host! She is thoughtful and quick to respond and truly cares if you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The house is very well stocked and in a great location for restaurants and stores. She has all the kitchen things you may need, comfy beds, pool floaties, ensuites for each bedroom; it’s amazing! The backyard is such a wonderful oasis and very calming to be in. I highly recommend this property and the wonderful host!

Trust me when I say; THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT

My family and I stayed at Medina Casa To celebrate my brother’s graduation. I was nervous about having my family together in one house since it’s been so long but when I tell you this house made all of us feel welcomed And super comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. I couldn’t have been more pleased. It’s as if everything was thought out to ensure that we had things that we need without even having to ask. Floaties for the pool, umbrellas for the shade, the washer and dryer and just the space overall was perfection . My brother’s graduation is what brought us together but staying at Medina. Casa gave us memories that were left last a lifetime. The great communication, easy check-in and location of the house made the trip phenomenal.

Wow!

There is virtually nothing that one can complain about when renting this house. From the amenities to the location to the owners, everything was top notch. We stayed for 8 days and wish we could have stayed more. The owner was super responsive to the very few questions we had and was actually apologetic for the few bad weather days we had! We would HIGHLY recommend this house to anyone who wants the Arizona experience. It's proximity to golf, entertainment, restaurants, etc. is second to none. Thanks again!

Memorial for dad stay

We love the neighborhood, the pool, spa, spaciousness of the house for all 6 of us. The only negative is that I’ve been to several vrbos’s and all of them had coffee available to us. Also cleaning crew left us a note for us to throw cleaning towels in the dryer. They were almost dry so not sure when they were put in there. also some towels n master bedroom had a musty smell which means they probably sat in washer for a while. Also all the vents in restrooms are pretty loud and they are covered in lint/ dusty. So those need to be cleaned. will definitely rent again if back in this are as it was very peaceful!

Why they chose this property

We bought this home for our family and for us to some day retire to. We fell in love with the Palm Valley area where you will find the streets lined with Palm Trees and a dozen of spectacular golf courses nearby. We love ALL sporting events and this area is perfect for that, easy access to any professional Football, Baseball, Basketball, and Hockey venue's. This house is a semi custom beautiful home built in a gorgeous, quiet area and the neighborhood is well kept with every yard manicured to perfection. The amenities are close by, great shopping and restaurants you won't need to get back on the freeway everything is here in Palm Valley for you and your family.

What makes this property unique

We chose this TW Lewis home because we know how well known these builders are for their well built homes and unique floor plans. The home has such an open feel, large kitchen, extremely clean, very comfortable, well decorated, all new furnishings, beautifully landscaped, an inviting backyard with a water feature, heated pool and spa. The private courtyard with an outdoor fireplace is just another additional living space to enjoy.
