I'm originally from Central Florida, but migrated to Arizona for college and fell in love-- both with the state and with my husband. We have a busy life with 4 great kids, a few crazy animals, full-time jobs, and lots of volunteer work.
Why they chose this property
The University Heights neighborhood is quiet, high-quality, well-maintained, and has a great location! Everything feels close-by without being boxed in.
What makes this property unique
We love that this condo unit is on the ground floor, has a private patio, and is insulated from both summer heat and winter cold because of the units to each side and the one above. It's usually just the right temperature with little or no heat (in the winter) or with just the ceiling fans running (in the summer).
