Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is great because it’s up and coming, centrally located, walkable, and has easy access to public transport, so you can get anywhere in the city effortlessly. It’s very convenient and whether your in the mood for Capitol Hill or H street nightlife it’s a short distance away but with more reasonable prices than further into the city.
What makes this property unique
My property stands out amongst other homes on the street with a pop of color, skylight, modern touches with historic charm, my place offers a truly authentic stay in NE DC.
