Just so you know, the house is nestled in the woods, offering a peaceful country setting. While we take great care to spray for bugs, the natural location means you may encounter various types of insects outdoors. Additionally, if doors or windows are left open, some bugs may make their way inside.

There is plenty of parking. Three cars are in the driveway, and an additional four can fit at the end of the road.

Please make sure to park on gravel only not on the grass.

Please be aware that the entire road leading to the house is gravel and we recommend an AWD or 4WD vehicle during winter months.

There is also enough room for a large horse trailer where the additional paddock is.

•For equestrians there is a fenced 3.5AC paddock for ample turnout; plenty of space for trailer turn-around; a nice new 2 stall barn equipped tack room & water. Solar Powered Lights (no electric).Bring your family, friends and horses to stay at Chateau Banjo, an exceptional equestrian mountain retreat, surely to become your home away from home.

•Guests using the equestrian facilities must provide us with a copy of their Certificate of Liability Insurance with Banjo Lane Holdings, LLC listed as an additional insured. Current Coggins for each horse as well as current shot records. Guests using facilities must also sign a Waiver of Liability Form.

2 Stall Barn and Paddocks: $25 per stall per day; Mandatory $60/stall cleaning fee with $125 manure removal fee if need to be cleaned.. Stalls and barn need to be cleared of all shavings and other debris.

•Paddocks/pasture must be cared for & picked per standard protocols. Paddocks that are not picked will result in an additional $100 fee.

•Bumper Pull 2 Horse Straight load Trailer Available for Rent $50/Day – Must be covered under Renter’s
Auto Insurance $60 cleaning Fee.
