DESCRIPTION:
BEDROOMS -
Master Suite - The large King suite offers an ultra comfortable adjustable massage bed and the room has full length windows to enjoy the magnificent view. There is a flat screen TV, rocking chair and private access to outdoor balcony (with wicker seating area) with magnificent view of the Pisgah National Forest.

Queen Sized Bed with additional window seat that doubles as a child cot. Flat screen tv.

Bedroom 2 (Upstairs)

Loft (Upstairs)
Trundle bed that can be 2 twins or converts to a King.

Lower Level
Master Suite with King sized bed with down filled duvet and master bathroom with tiled shower. Private access to lower level deck and wooden swing.
Extra room that can be used as a bedroom - queen bed.
Additional living/gaming area with tv, x-box, and full length windows and double doors leading to first level full balcony to enjoy that magnificent view. There is an additional table and 6 chairs in the downstairs suite, as well as its own private full bath.

KITCHEN:
Gourmet kitchen, complete with cherry cabinets, Rainforest marble countertops and a large bar with extra sink and seating. There is a 5 burner ceramic cooktop with a microwave and wall oven. The kitchen is complete with cookware, dishes, serving pieces, silverware, utensils, crockpots. There are 2 12 cup Coffee Makers, hand held mixer, waffle maker, and good supply of kitchen towels.

LIVING/FAMILY AREAS:
MAIN LEVEL GREAT ROOM.
Breathtaking views with the 2-story windows. Double doors leading to wrap around balcony looking over the Pisgah National Forest. The huge 23 'x28' family room accommodates a large family with 65" flat screen TV (with DISH) leather sofa, love seat, chair & ottoman, as well as a corner high-top table/chair set ideal for doing puzzles of playing cards. The Great Room boasts a huge 22' rock gas fireplace with a remote to start/stop the fire.

The open living plan offers ample seating in the dining room for 10+.

Upper balcony complete with grill, dining table and chairs, high top table with 4 bar height chairs, seating area around outdoor fireplace with 2 chairs and 1 loveseat. Addition 2 adirondeck style chairs and small table to bask in the afternoon sun.

The home sleeps 12 and ample linens are provided. It is a great getaway for family get togethers or reunions.

Beautiful house & view!
Amazing stay; multi-generational family vacation and we barely wanted to leave the house. The views are gorgeous, multiple porches to enjoy it on including a covered one which was key, fully stocked kitchen, lots of games and puzzles. We're looking forward to hopefully coming back next year and highly recommend it!

Photos don't do the house justice. This is a great home for a family getaway. Ample space for our family of 6 adults and 2 young children. Kitchen is well equipped for making meals at home and there's plenty of room for folks to carve out their own private space for down time if needed. Location is perfect. Great proximity to Brevard and Asheville, but secluded enough up the mountain to feel like you're truly away from it all. Owners are the ideal model of VRBO hosts. Excellent proactive communication and responsive to any questions during our stay. We would love to return someday.

We had a group of 13, 9 adults and 4 kids. This house was exceptional, the location was great, the space in the house was ample, we had absolutely no issues. The kitchen was very well stocked, we utilized the fire place inside and outside daily. Most well stocked place I've stayed. The view is the absolute highlight though, the back porch is literally a scenic overlook that you can look at all day. This place was incredible and we hope to return. The hosts were exceptional, responsive, and everything is very well organized.

Beautiful home and great views. Well-equipped for a family. the home is up on the ridge - so expect a 7–8-minute drive up from the main road. Our favorite hikes for the whole family in the area are Looking Glass and John's Rock.

The perfect Brevard mountain house for a big group!
Our group of 10 adults greatly enjoyed this rental house. The rental exceeded our expectations in every way, making our stay an absolutely wonderful experience. One of the standout features of this house was the breathtaking views from the big porches. Waking up to the sight of the majestic mountains and lush greenery was a treat for the senses. The porches provided the perfect setting to relax, unwind, and soak in the beauty of the surrounding nature. The outside fireplace added a cozy and inviting atmosphere to our evenings, allowing us to gather around, share stories, and make lasting memories. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration and adventure. For big groups, it's challenging to find accommodations that can comfortably accommodate everyone, but this house was spacious and offered ample room for all of us to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it a joy to prepare meals together as a group. Whether we were cooking a simple breakfast or a gourmet dinner, we found everything we needed at our fingertips. The modern appliances and ample counter space made meal preparation a breeze. The host was incredibly communicative and welcoming, ensuring that we had all the information we needed before and during our stay. Mountain bike vacation
I stayed here with a few friends for a mountain biking trip. The property and home is very comfortable. They have ample space to relax and spread out. The garage is very nice to store your bikes and work on them. There is also a nice spot underneath the deck to wash your bikes after riding. The owner was very pleasant and prompt with all communication. Overall 10/10.

Fabulous fall retreat!
Our stay at Falcon Ridge was just as advertised. The view of Pisgah forest was spectacular as the sun set over the mountains. The Cabin was had everything we needed and great spaces to sit and talk by the fire. It was the perfect gathering place of a family who had been separated far too long. The owners provided clear expectations regarding house rules and procedures for checking in an out. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Gorgeous quiet property
We found exactly what we expected for our stay. Beautiful views and the home is amazing and very spacious. We had a fire burning most nights and roasted our s’mores and hot dogs. We were also able to grill which was nice. We had access to several breweries/cideries as well as hiking and biking. We loved it!! The home is up the mountain so be prepared for a winding drive up but it was also very secluded as a result. Our phone service was serviceable but not great, but what can one expect in the forest. Our 6 year old granddaughter found plenty to do and loved the ‘Harry Potter’-like cupboards upstairs.

We had a terrific stay here. From the minute you walk in, you are surrounded by spectacular views. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. The Jesperson's could not have been more accommodating and responsive. We would love a return visit. Too much in the immediate area to do in one visit, from waterfall hikes to shopping to breweries to driving the Blue Ridge Parkway and more!

Beautiful home and even more beautiful scenery
The pictures didn't prepare us for how amazing this house was! We had plans to explore Asheville, but all we really wanted to do was stay in and enjoy the house. Barb and Mike were gracious hosts and very responsive to emails and messages. We had 3 families, 6 adults, 6 kids and 1 baby and it was the perfect size. The kids enjoyed the media room in the basement and we all spent most of our time on the back porch, admiring the gorgeous view. Our evenings were spent lounging around the outdoor fireplace. Short drive to hiking and the Pisgah Forest. We loved Looking Glass falls. Still close enough to explore downtown Asheville and even closer to Brevard. We hope to visit this beautiful cabin again soon!

The photos don't do it justice! The home was beautiful, clean, and spacious and the views were perfect. We went for a family reunion and we felt right at home. The location was perfect too -very near biking and hiking trails, beautiful waterfalls and the cute town of Brevard. Although there were a few hiccups in the beginning the owner was quick to communicate and fix any issues. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit.
