This is the perfect setup for a small group of guests. A deluxe queen air mattress is provided for additional sleeping space. The kitchen is loaded with snacks and supplies for cooking at home. Includes a coffee bar with a variety of coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. A washer and dryer are also included, along with a dishwasher to make your life easier. The large fenced backyard is perfect for your dogs to run and play and a nice dinner on the patio. The living room has a smart TV that includes access to multiple streaming services and board games for your enjoyment. Why they chose this property
Tech Terrace is such a gem! The homes have so much unique character and charm and have huge trees (which is only a big deal here because there aren’t many). Several large parks, local restaurants, and shops in the area! The neighborhood is right next to TTU campus and downtown - where most of the events happen in Lubbock.
What makes this property unique
This home is spacious and it’s vintage charm with some mid-century modern touches make it cozy and comfortable! It has everything you could possibly need in the perfect location!
