Property was secluded as we liked it. The amenities at the cabin were nice. We literally would come back late, sleep and then be back on the road again. Lots of deer each morning.
The cabin was wonderful! We had easy access to trails, town and the pool! We were even able to enjoy watching the rain from the partially cover deck! It was hard leave!
We've stayed here before a few times. We like it because it is a log cabin. It's an attached cabin, not a stand alone, but it feels like it is a stand alone as it faces a different direction from the other front door. They are beautiful log cabins with log furniture. They are cozy feeling and we love to look out the windows at the snow. They are also right on a xcountry ski trail and it is REALLY nice not to have to pack up to head out every time. The drawback to the lovely setting is that the cabin is an almost 20 minute drive from town (Winthrop) but there is a full kitchen and you can go for quiet night time walks. They could use some more flatware, especially forks. The person who sends you the instructions for check-in is fabulous, easy to reach, quick to respond and friendly.
Very comfortable accommodations! Outside of town in lovely quiet location. Nice grounds for walking with a trail running by the river. Had everything we needed! Would stay again!
Laid-back pet-friendly property close enough to town but with a remote feel. Kitchen is well equipped, and hot tub is a real bonus. Beautiful spot on the river!
When we pulled up to the cabin, we both looked at each other and smiled. The cabin was perfect, with everything we needed. Nice porch to enjoy the scenery and the area was nice and quiet. Inside, the cabin was more than we expected. Loved the log furniture. Walks down to the river were nice also, beautiful scenery. This was a perfect location, close enough to the town and exploring the surrounding areas.
Electric grill, uninspiring ,but worked very well. Bed is comfortable. No hose to wash off bikes after riding. Nit picky , I know. Beautiful location and pretty close to sun mountain Mtb!
We had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed the kitchen and electric grill. We also used the hot tub that was a short walk from the cabin. There is a great playground and walking trails on site too.
