About the host
Your host
Hello! I am a younger than usual;) middle-aged women who was a NY transplant, circa 45 yrs ago, when I re-lo'd to Boston, for my undergrad studies at B.U. I continued on there for graduate school, and still reside in Greater Boston: Metro-West. I am entrepreneur and I run three businesses for the last 35+ years. I am a very experienced and responsive host/landlord. I care about my property, and I care about you. This is a lovely place to come home to, and relax, recharge, and getaway from it all. This community does have some rules. One of them is that it is quiet time after 10pm. Any rules in place, such as this one, are for the safety and benefit of all residents and guests.
Why they chose this property
I enjoy my time in Sandwich, during spring, summer, and fall. This is when Peter's Pond at Sun Retreats is open. Peter's Pond is a seasonal, gated community with about 400 tiny homes, and lots of really nice people. We enjoy using the pool, which is a 4 min walk from the house, and the beach at the lake, which is a 5 min walk from the property.
