1 bedroom apartment with separate entrances. Located on second floor with small deck. Full kitchen and living area. Has King size bed with lots of closet space. Living area has sectional couch room for 1 more person to sleep. 50 inch TV with cable and free wifi. Close to downtown . 10minute walk 2 min drive. Close to parade route and many restaurants. 25 minutes to Newport RI and Providence RI and Fall River Massachusetts, Roger Williams university 5 mins away, this is the perfect location for easy access to highway or just stay local there is plenty to do. Plenty of restaurants, boating, swimming, kayaking , FISHING, biking on a bike path from Bristol Harbor to downtown Providence . No smokers

Great Apartment

The apartment was decorated so nicely and had everything we needed. It's in a quiet and safe neighborhood and just a quick walk downtown. Lori and her husband were such great hosts and I highly recommend their vrbo if you're visiting Bristol.

Great location!

This is a conveniently located property. It is an easy walk to the charming center of Bristol, with easy access to main roads to Providence or Newport. I loved the cute, little kitchen. It had everything necessary for vacation meals. The colorful bedroom was comfy and restful. The hosts answered my last minute question with great advice and were welcoming whenever I ran into them. I had a great time.

SECURITY ISSUE

One most & I emphasize most important basic thing was overlooked which is a Fire Alarm ceiling unit (smoke detector) which was missing. The apartment is kept clean and one out of 2 AC units works well. The owner kept her agressive barking dog from scaring us by eventually tying & fencing it and also keeping it inside. THE MAIN ISSUE here is the lack of a Fire Security Alarm. Owners, rental agents and realtors have a huge security responsibility to renters to assure that all rentals should conform with Bristol’s fire security regulations.

In town for wedding and had a very nice stay

We were in town for a wedding in Newport and had a great stay at the property. It had everything we needed and was very clean and well appointed. The downtown area is so cute and just as advertised and we really enjoyed walking around and exploring the shops and restaurants as we has never been to Bristol. Thank you Lori for your hospitality!

Lovely suburban setting in Bristol RI

We enjoyed our stay at this property while we celebrated a family wedding and festivities in Newport. The accommodations were comfortable and roomy enough for the two of us. Location was within 30 minutes of the festivities in Newport but much quieter than being in the center of Newport. Kitchen was well-equipped and the bed was very comfy. Little touches like toiletries, ice, and an iron and ironing board, were great. My only complaints, and they are small, and not deal-breakers, are that with just wall unit ACs, it took a while for the upper level apartment to cool down while we were rushing to get ready for the party. Also, I had to reach out and message the owner before finding out about parking and entry directions. (Often those are sent to us the week before our stay in a VRBO property, or we find the info in the app. In this case, for some reason, neither one happened.). Also we searched for a junk drawer to find pen and paper, but couldn’t find what we were looking for. Finally, the toilet had a little bit of a not-clean smell when we arrived, but I couldn’t find toilet bowl cleaner. Again, these are small issues. Overall, a lovely and comfortable experience in Bristol.

Great Find

This apartment is immaculate, tasteful and convenient. It is much larger than the photographs show. The owner is very professional and gracious. Despite being above another residence, once you’re in the apartment you have no sense that anyone is nearby. Quiet, safe and very well maintained neighborhood. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Excellent place to stay, walking distance to downtown, hosts were great. Would stay again!

Clean and cozy apartment. Perfect getaway for me, my husband and 15 year old son. Walking distance to downtown with nice parks by the bay. Great places to eat whether you want Italian, seafood or a burger. Great neighborhood to walk around, beautiful historic homes. So close to Roger Williams University. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had all you need to cook a meal if you want to. Deck outside seats 3 comfortably. Hosts and dog did not bother you but were there for friendly conversation if you wanted. Highly recommend this for a weekend or week stay.

Very nice place to stay.

This small one bedroom apartment was very comfortable for the two of us. It's a great location - within walking distance of Bristol waterfront, stores, and restaurants. Lori was approachable and available if/when needed. We would definitely stay here again and actually hope we have the opportunity to return.
