Colony Cove is a very friendly and active community. Lots of the events every day of the week to fit almost any interest you might have. Once you register with Colony Cove, you have access to all the amenities.
What makes this property unique
My property is 1300 ft.² with two bedrooms and a pullout sofa on the lanai. It has a washer dryer, Internet, three televisions and cold air conditioning.
