This home is just a few blocks from Olivet with the PLANETARIUM, tennis courts, radio station, concerts and other COMMUNITY EVENTS and much more. Plus other businesses like Jimmy John's, DAIRY QUEEN, Le Chic Cheveau, CHICAGO DOUGH PIZZA, MiCasa, The Swanky Home and much more! Plus its just a short distance to another RIVERFRONT PARK with its frisbee golf course and access to WALKING/BIKING PATH leading to the KANKAKEE RIVER STATE PARK and beyond! ONU Guest House is only a walk away from ONU so when creating this elegant rental, I loved the location to the university! I felt everything you ever need is so close by and being this close to the university, this home must scream luxury rental for all guest staying close to ONU that come to visit in the area. Being health orientated I needed to provide a gym and a nice place for a family and guests to visit with lots of entertainment so none will ever be board when traveling! With a Chef's kitchen and all amenities you might need when traveling so it truly feels like home away from home!
