The Space:
This beautifully designed home blends new, vintage modern, and antique pieces from the U.S. and Europe, reflecting the creativity of its owners—a designer and a video artist. Their original lighting designs and photographs add unique character throughout the space.

The expansive open-concept living and dining area offers breathtaking views of Sedona’s Twin Buttes and Munds Mountain. Beneath a stunning chandelier, the dining table expands to seat up to eight guests. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features custom alder cabinets, a spacious center island with seating for two, a 48” Jenn-Air professional range, a built-in convection microwave, and a picturesque view of the pool and patio. The eat-in kitchen includes an Early American Shaker table for four, next to a cozy gas-lit kiva fireplace.

The media room is perfect for relaxation, featuring a plush sectional couch, a gas fireplace, and a large TV for movie nights or quiet reading.

The spacious master suite boasts a luxurious four-poster king bed, a gas kiva fireplace, an HDTV, and French doors opening to the courtyard and pool. The ensuite bathroom includes a soaking tub with antique French tile, a large walk-in shower with a hand shower and teak footstool, and an adjoining walk-in closet.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a cozy sitting area, while the third bedroom features a desk with views of the rear courtyard and another queen bed. A shared guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combination with a hand shower for added convenience.

Step outside into the securely fenced, private rear courtyard—your personal oasis. Unwind in the pool and spa, lounge in the sun, or gather around the teak table for drinks and snacks. The tranquil sound of the fountain adds to the peaceful ambiance, making this the perfect retreat after a day of hiking, shopping, or exploring Sedona.

Guest Access:
Guest have sole access to the property during their stay and are able to access the home via keypad at or after 4 pm on their check in date.

It's best to rent a car in Sedona.
Also, please use the local Free Sedona Shuttle for trail head transportation.

We do not accept mail at this address. Due to City guidelines, no mail is allowed to be delivered to the property. It will not be our responsibility should you ship anything to the home to retrieve from the mailbox. Please use the UPS store or an Amazon locker pick-up.

We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to:

-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI.
-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.

No Pets!

No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.

No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house.

Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.

Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.

NO FIRES May 1 - October 1 or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.

We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.

By law, this home may NOT be used for events, parties, or large gatherings.

We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks, and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!

Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.
