The Space:
This spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom single-family home is located in a private Sedona neighborhood, offering the perfect blend of comfort and privacy. The expansive backyard is your own personal oasis, featuring an outdoor dining and lounging area, a gas BBQ, and a relaxing hot tub, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Inside, the home features two master suites, each with an attached full bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy. The third bedroom comes with a full bed and easy access to a shared bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen is a dream for those who love to cook, and you can enjoy meals in one of the two indoor dining areas. The open-concept living space provides plenty of room to relax, with a larger TV and ample seating, creating a perfect space for family gatherings or quiet nights in. This home offers everything you need for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Sedona.

Guest Access:
Guests will be able to access the property any time after check in using a lockbox. You and your friends and family will have sole access of the entire three bed, three bath home and its surrounding outdoor space.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a secluded Sedona neighborhood near hiking and biking trails, resturants, vortex sites, galleries, resturants, Jeep tours and more!

Getting Around:
Public transportation in Sedona is poor at best; rent a car.

Check in is 4 p.m.
Check out is 10 a.m.
No exceptions.

Pack N Play and Highchair available upon request.
The jets in the bathroom tub are not operable - however, it still makes for a great bath!
We do not accept mail at this address.

We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to:

-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI.
-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.



No Pets!

No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.

No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house.

Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.

Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.

NO FIRES May 1 - October 1. Or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.

We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.

By law this home may NOT be used for events, parties or large gatherings.

We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!

Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.

Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.
