Take a look at our recently remodeled 1926 craftsman cottage. A mirror image to our adjacent vacation rental this other half of the duplex is just as nice. Completely renovated, bottom to top. Equipped with new, state of the art appliances, full kitchen, beautiful tile shower and all new furnishings. Private yard, smaller than next door but with similar new patio furniture and a shed with similar bikes and toys.
Consider renting both sides for getting together with family or friends. A gate usually locked between the two can be opened for making it easier to visit.
