PETS
We welcome your furry friends! A pet fee of $250 per pet applies, and it must be included in your booking. Our property is dog-friendly, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. While you're out, please crate your pet to ensure their safety and comfort. The surrounding area is pet-friendly, offering plenty of spots where your dog can join you on walks. Please note that you must get prior approval for pets—failure to do so will result in a $300 penalty.

Parties and Large Gatherings Are PROHIBITED
To maintain a serene environment for all guests, parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Any breach of this rule will result in immediate eviction, and the house codes will be modified for security. By booking this home, you acknowledge and agree to follow all house rules, and you agree to treat our home with respect.

Before you leave, please:

- Load the dishwasher and press start (detergent pods are located under the sink).
- Place all used towels in the shower or laundry basket.
- Discard any leftover food from the fridge and cabinets.
- Kindly take out the trash to the designated bins located outside.
- Make sure all furniture and items are returned to their original positions.
- Turn off all lights, appliances, and electronics to save energy.
- Close and lock all windows and doors before leaving.
- If you brought pets, please ensure they are crated, and pack up all pet-related items.
- Please check the home for any personal belongings, such as chargers, clothing, and other items.

Our home is ideal for families, and we are happy to welcome children. However, please ensure that children and infants are supervised at all times by a parent or guardian. You are fully responsible for their care and for providing any necessary equipment for them during your stay.

No Parties or Events:
We value a peaceful atmosphere and kindly ask that no parties or large events take place during your stay.

Smoking:
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes all indoor areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces.

Fine:
A $350 fine will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found inside the property. This includes any lingering smells, cigarette butts, or any other signs of smoking inside.
We ask that you respect this rule to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests and to maintain the cleanliness of the space. Thank you for your understanding!


Supplies:
Start-up supplies provided by our cleaning service include paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen trash liners, toilet paper, and bathroom trash liners. If you're staying for a longer duration, you may need to purchase additional supplies as the initial set is used up.
