Relax on the Large poolside patio with professional misting system, full reclining Barcaloungers, and swivel/rockers. 2 master bedrooms with king size beds and direct pool access. 1 guest bedroom with 2 full size beds, and a queen size sleeper sofa in living room. 3 bathrooms. Smart TV's in all rooms. Fun for everyone in the Game room with pool table, arcade basketball, "Old School" video games including PacMan, and Asteroids. Backyard lake views and front patio mountain views. Right around the corner from the open desert where you can ride off road and shoot. This comfy home has Wifi, A/C, and ceiling fans throughout. Kitchen has Keurig, and coffee maker. All baths have hair dyers. Located in a nice, upscale area of Lake Havasu City.
