Regional Summit
The property was conveniently located close to grocery stores, gas, restaurants and shopping. We stayed here for a cheer competition at the fairgrounds, it was an easy drive to it. The apartment was clean, up to date with modern appliances and decorating. They do need to buy lamps in the living room area, there is no light in there. Closest light was in the kitchen/ dinning area. If booking through a 3rd party do not use their communication feature to contact the host, you will not hear back. Contact Landing directly, the were easy to work with and very helpful. The only negative I have is that they need a better way for guest who are not the primary guest to have access to getting in. The other guests that were with me, tried to set up the unlock door in their app. After several failed attempts, I called Landing and informed me that they had to have a code to put in for both days we were there. Overall great place, would stay there again. P.S. Watch out for the extremely high and rough speed bumps.
