Unwind and relax in Virginia Beach at this coastal chic beach retreat lovingly curated to maximize vacation mode and include all the comforts of home.

Our duplex is located in the most sought after community in Virginia Beach, known as the North End. The North End is well known for being an established quiet coastal community surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean and First Landing State Park. Our front door is less than 300 feet to salty air and sandy toes. You'll be drawn to the most beautiful beach access where you can soak in the sunrises with wam coffee or spend a full day at the beach with the provided beach wagon, towels, cooler, and chairs.

Our guestrooms are each designed with 1 queen bed and calming surroundings so you can unwind and relax.

Discover a fully stocked kitchen that will impress any home chef with perks like a french press, coffee grinder, food processer, and more!

After a day spent in nature either at the beach or walking the trails of First Landing State Park, you can reconnect in our comfortable living room with WiFi and a Smart TV.

If disconnecting is your goal, we encourage you to check out our creative corner full of carefully curated beach reads, fun board games, stationary and pre-stamped postcards, and a fantastic variety of art supplies.

This home is proudly military owned! It is ideal for retired military looking for a coastal escape or active-duty military personnel in need of furnished housing. Those with military I.D. will enjoy being within steps to Fort Story and can take full advantage of all the base has to offer (sightseeing, beach access, light house tours, library, mini mart, gas station, community center, chapel, fishing, fitness center, etc.

Guests will have a phenomenal stay. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Virginia Beach and our cozy beach cottage has to offer.

*Please note that we do not host short-term stays. This home is only available for 30, 60, 90 day stays. It is best suited for 1-2 people looking for a seasonal beach house, someone traveling on business (corporate, military or medical professional), or someone looking for transitional housing as they repair their home/build a new home or someone that is relocating to Virginia Beach and in need of a home while they look to purchase in the area.*
