This house is located in the Sharlwood Neighborhood. This Neighborhood is in a premium location. 10 Minutes From Downtown Denver. 30 Minutes from the Airport. 25 minutes to Boulder, CO., and only 30 minutes to the Mountains!
What makes this property unique
The Backyard is very Special and gives off a relaxing vibe. It is huge and very well maintained. It also has a Hot Tub!
There is also quite a bit of space for entertainment with two Large 70-inch TVs and a Pool Table.
