Guest Access:
Guest has access to the entire unit and access to the private parking pad out front of the home.

The Neighborhood:
Cumberland Heights is an exclusive neighborhood with rows of modern mansions boasting the best skyline views of downtown Nashville. A quick 3 mile drive to downtown, but the view is a shorter 1.4 miles away.

Getting Around:
Quick drive or Uber/Lyft to downtown Nashville.

Other Things to Note:
This is an attached studio apartment. You may see the homeowner pull in the garage, located near the entrance to the apartment.

Interaction with Guests:
I won't plan on being there and am remotely available to help, but can make plans to be there if requested in advance (and sometimes not in advance, just depends).
