The townhouse-style villa offers a unique floor plan with a living area, full bathroom, and dock on the first floor and the main living area, bedrooms, and screened porch on the second floor. The first-floor living room offers a sleeper sofa to easily convert it into additional sleeping quarters, flat-screen TV, and access to the dock. Sitting above the lagoon, the dock provides an ideal place to lounge and soak up the sun as well as the island’s natural beauty. A full bathroom completes the first floor.
Ascend the stairs to reach the main living space and bedrooms. The dining area offers a round table with seating for six people as well as a reading corner, and the light and bright kitchen is fully equipped for preparing a variety of meals. The living room features cozy sofa and chairs, flat-screen TV, and access to the screened porch. Complete with love seat and side chairs, you will enjoy sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the screened porch. The primary suite offers a queen bed, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with double sinks, and access to the screened porch. The second bedroom features two twin beds and a flat-screen TV and uses the hall bathroom with bathtub/shower combo.
