The space comfortably sleeps two with a Full size bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

Parking:
- Parking is not included in this listing
- Free daytime street parking is available throughout the neighborhood
- Alternate side street parking: on even-numbered days park on the side of the street with even house numbers, on odd-numbered days park on the side of street with odd house numbers
- Overnight street parking is restricted to specific streets e.g. allowed on 13th, 14th, 15th, and Kilbourn but not allowed on 16th or Wells
- Overnight street parking requires a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights (or 4 nights when including Saturday which isn't enforced). Just call the city at 414-286-8300 on the day you'd like to start parking and request a Temporary Night Parking Permit. - If street parking for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration

Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
