The beautifully upgraded three-bedroom, two-bathroom main home features a high-end kitchen with Viking stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a double oven. The open-concept living area is designed for relaxation, complete with a smart TV, plush seating, and central AC. Step outside to the private patio with a hot tub and gas grill, perfect for outdoor dining and entertainment.

Cozy Guest Suite
This one-bedroom, one-bathroom guest suite includes a well-equipped kitchenette with an inset cooktop, stainless steel mini-fridge, microwave, wet bar, toaster, and coffee maker. The living area offers a smart TV and a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. An outdoor shower is available for post-beach rinses.

Each unit is completely private, with separate entrances and no shared interior spaces, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests.
