Historic home that has been completely updated to modern standards. There is a detached 2 car garage that rents with the property for parking. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and 1 with a full bed. 2 bedrooms are located on the main floor and 1 bedroom in the basement. The basement has full daylight windows, so you feel like you are on the main floor. There is a family room with a beautiful gas fireplace and TV to relax or read a book. The home offers another family room on the main floor and a formal living room with a gas fireplace. Brand new kitchen with updated cabinets and appliances will allow you to cook that perfect meal. Beautiful back yard that has mature trees for complete privacy. Nice patio and a BBQ for outdoor meals. There are 2 patios available for dining. Idaho Falls is a gateway to many beautiful sights. Yellowstone National Park, Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Sun Valley, Idaho are all within a 3 hour or less drive. Idaho Falls is truly a gateway to so many wonderful sights.
