About this property

Cozy four-bedroom cottage with lake access and shared dock! The kitchen is fully stocked and family-friendly, with one large king room on the main floor, a kids' bunk room, one queen, and one bedroom with two full-size beds on the upper floor.

The large open floor plan downstairs opens to a screened-in porch, with an outdoor dining area overlooking the gazebo commons and outdoor grilling area. Enjoy scenic walks around Marina Cove's boardwalk, lake access, boat rentals, dock, lake beach at the pavilion, miles of biking trails, and the best views of Lake Oconee! Just a short drive to the Ritz! Dock your boat nearby!

There are local golf courses open to public play. Reynolds courses are private. Non-member unaccompanied play is allowed only during Masters week each year. We can make unaccompanied guest tee times throughout other times of the year.
The rate per player is currently $375.00 Non-Peak 12/1 - 2/28 and $425.00 Peak 3/1 - 11/30.

The Reynolds Club facilities are private and not accessible unless with a member.

Weekend Trip

We booked this property for a weekend to spend at Reynolds and look at real estate. The home is in a adorable area, close to the lake, wonderful walking, sweet neighborhood. We will definitely try to rent this home again.

House at Lake Oconee

Nicely appointed house right across the street from the lake. Beds were comfortable and ceiling fans are great just n most of the rooms. Owner is easy to communicate with.

Wonderful weekend at the lake

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was very clean on our arrival, and the home itself is beautifully decorated. It was a short walk to beach at the lake and to the pavilion. It was a wonderful visit!

Perfect Lake vacay home

This home is beautifully decorated and had some many “extras”. The beds were so comfortable the back porch was perfect for morning coffee. The neighborhood grounds were well maintained and we saw quite a few deer. I would highly recommend this house if you plan to stay in the area It was close to marina too. Owners were very responsive! Thank you for Great Lake memories!

Great location within Reynolds

This property is ideally located near the Linger Longer Marina, pavilion and beach while still offering the privacy and peaceful setting of this wonderful lake community. A wonderful vacation home.

Beautiful home in a idyllic location.

The house was fantastic. It is modern, and cozy. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and more. Fantastic kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a couple of big screen televisions. And the location is wonderful. It is quiet, peaceful, and gorgeous. Yet, although it has a remote, secluded feel, in about 5 minutes you can drive to anything you might want or need, such as stores and restaurants. Without hesitation, I can strongly recommend this house as a superb place to stay if visiting Lake Oconee.

Beautiful property inside and out! Very spacious!

This home is just steps from the lake and there are beautiful paved trails all around the area. There are also multiple docks for your use including ladders to easily climb in and out of the lake. The owners are so good with communication. They went above and beyond with stocking the basics. My family was there for a wedding and we had an amazing visit. Make sure you visit the ladies at the Marina shop which is very convenient (walking dustance). They were so helpful with local restaurant suggestions and other helpful details about the area. If you are looking for a perfect lake getaway this is the place to visit. Decor is lovely! Sleeps 6-8 very comfortably!

Amazingly beautiful property and location!

The property was clean and had all of the conveniences of home! The views were amazing all around and the atmosphere and things to do made this a wonderful vacation for our family. The home owner was so accommodating, he made it seem like we were staying with family! I would highly recommend renting from this VBRO owner/property.

Awesome Fourth of July Weekend

This was our second time to stay in this beautiful cottage. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Dale is so accommodating and makes it very easy. The house is just steps away from the dock where we could leave our boat and also enjoy the quiet cove for swimming. The home is beautifully decorated and it's wonderful location makes it a perfect place to enjoy all that Reynold's Lake Oconee has to offer -- boating, tennis, golf and fine restaurants.

Lovely Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stage at the cottage during our visit for a wedding. Located in the gated Reynold's Plantation development, the cottage is larger than it appears in the picture posted on VRBO and is nicely appointed. The area was very quiet during our March visit, and there is nice walking trail. The beds were comfortable and the wifi and satellite TV's worked well. The cottage is only a short drive from the Ritz Carlton and there is a large grocery store on the turnoff from the main highway. The owner was responsive to our inquiries. If we were to return to Reynold's Plantation, we would definitely stay there again.

Great house: location, condition, overall service

House was perfect for a nice get away form the city getaway. House was easy to get to from the main security gate, quiet area with lots of trees and although the house is not on the lake, it is 30 second walk away from the door, with several what we assumed to be shared access boat docks allowing family members staying across the water to come pick us up on our boat days via boat. Inside of of house is great with three bedrooms, roomy, clean, classy, and generally new decor/furniture/linens. Wash and dryer inside comes in handy. Kitchen has everything you need and before you buy the detergent, plastic bags, salt and pepper type stuff, might check out the cabinets first, we and other prior to us left any extra non-spoiling items. As for Plantation: reasons for coming here include: calm/relax, golf (wish I could of played all the courses), boating on the lake, or visiting with other family members. These are the primary draws but not much beyond those.

Well-Decorated Cottage Near the Lake

We had a wonderful time. The cottage was very comfortable and well-stocked. It was very nicely decorated. We saw three deer behind the cottage late one morning. We spent alot of time on the beautiful lake and enjoyed many delicious restaurants in the area.

2 couples from Houston

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This wonderful period cottage is very comfortable, well appointed and equipped, and has a great screened-in porch for mornings and evenings. The setting among other similar, but different cottages, adds to the ambiance. Plenty of room for 2 couples. 2 minute walk to the lake and easy access to multiple golf courses. Dealing with the owner was a very positive experience. We hope to return.

Masters Week 2015

Fantastic rental home. The house is well appointed with all the amenities you would expect from your own home. Great location right by the walking path which takes you along the lake to the marina. Masters week is extremely busy so getting dinner reservations within the Reynolds Plantation complex was a little more challenging then I am sure it would be any other week. But there were enough options and the food was good everywhere we ate. The golf courses in the area are top notch, although there are not a lot of inexpensive options. But if you enjoy good golf courses, you can't beat Reynolds Plantation. The home owner is extremely responsive. I would highly recommend this house if for no other reason than how comfortable he makes you feel. A side note on his personal touch; I left behind a small (but moderately expensive) gift I had purchased in a bag that included garbage and it was thrown out while being cleaned. Upon arriving home I realized my error and reached out to the homeowner. He contacted the housecleaner, asked her to look in the garbage and she was able to find and return to me. No need for him to do that, it was already thrown out but it just shows that he treats you as a friend using his house. I will absolutely stay here again if I am down in Greensboro in the future.

Golf holiday prior to The Masters

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and found it well appointed with all the conviences of home. It was clean and comfortable, quiet and very attractively decorated. We would stay here again if we are back at The Reynolds Plantation.

Why they chose this property

We grew up visiting Lake Oconee on the weekends and holidays with friends. We love the fishing, golfing, skiing, and now the Ritz Carlton Resort and have always dreamed of living here one day.

What makes this property unique

The cottage sits in a village on the lake that is very quite and peaceful with great walking trails and awesome views of the lake. After looking at many, we knew this was our place!
