Thank you very much, I enjoyed the local culture and the lovely stay at the costa mar. gate attendant was very helpful. Everything worked great and there were plenty of games and amenities included. tons of cleaning and toiletries in the cupboards the only thing missing was coffee, but everything was superb!

Overall very impressed with all the extras found in the unit. Only issue was the beds were soft and not too comfortable for heavier people. But they made it work.

A few things would have made it much better
First good parts: Quick response time. Clean inside, new shower tiles ( or new grout).Lots of games and beach toys, 2-4 beach chairs: We didnt use them so don't know condition. Elevator helpful. I hate to write negative reviews....you get what you pay for and this was lower price! Luis checked to make sure we got in...but never checked in again. If they had we would have said our comments to them instead of writinre. We COULD NOT GET IN because Luis did NOT tell us where the key for frnt door was hidden. In pouring rain ...Luis responded quickly ( Thankfully) with pictures to show hidden key location. Would have never guessed where key was without pictures and phone flashlight. Pictures should have been sent days ago. Overall pictures needed with direction. Plus picure of which actual blding was the condo....and where garbage dumpster is. That was too frustrating to overlook mentioning nowAnd need not be. Clean, but work in progress. No where to be comfortable except nice porch ...but pretty hot/humid. Small furniture for short people ...no coffee table...thats a wood-like tray on floor....3 island chairs...but 1 totally broken. Why was it there? Not a drop of coffee...and v tiny coffee pot. Pots really burnt and had to cleaned to even use...glad there was lot of cleaning items. Hot water faucet broken....bathrooms need to be ginished updating and repaired. But clean and newer large towels. Hope they can fix these things...maybe charge bit more and get things fixed.

Très bien situé vs nos visites prévues, très bien équipé.
Tout y est chaises de plage, glacière, vaisselle, literie, serviettes… Très bien situé pour nos visites: El Younque, Old San Juan, plages de Carolina-Pinone-Luquillo, Culebra, Hacienda chocolat, l’aéroport. Malheureusement la piscine ferme beaucoup trop tôt 18h, nous aurions aimé qu’elle ferme à 21h pour pouvoir en profiter après nos journée d’activité. Le frigo est à changer il fait de l’eau sur les tablettes ainsi que la mini-cafetière pour 2 qui coule. Il y a un mini BBQ mais, au charbon de bois sans briquettes donc, nous n’avons pas pu l’utiliser. La sécurité est déficiente, les agents de la guérîtes nous ont seulement demandé 2 fois durant la semaine où nous allions sans plus.
