Includes access to the largest sandy beach on Lake Winnipesaukee which is just 2 minutes away, playground, Beach volley ball, tennis courts, Basketball, walking trails, marina and boat launch, this is a great place for your next family vacation! Ping pong table and wrap around deck with BBQ grill, wonderful selling points that you will also enjoy! Sleeps 9 comfortably in one Queen bed, three twin beds, a twin over full bunk bed and a queen sofa pull out on 3 floors. Linens/towels are included!
Please note: Due to HOA changes, Renters cannot use the main beach on Saturdays (typically a travel day).

Great place to stay. Scott was super friendly and communicative. The house was easy to find and HUGE. Would definitely stay again. Fair warning; driveway is steep.

The home was very spacious, much larger then we needed. It was close to great hiking mountains, beach is in walking distance. Beach was very clean and people at beach where all friendly. Our Kids had a great time. I would reccomend this place.

Thanksgiving 2022
We stayed at in Moultonborough for Thanksgiving in 2021 and 2022. The house works out great for my family. The kids love having ping pong tournaments in the basement. The boys walked over to the recreation center on Thanksgiving afternoon and played some basketball. They even brought their fishing poles this year, but had no luck fishing. We love to walk down and check out the sunset at the lake. It's a beautifully peaceful time of year to just chill. We visited the Castle in the Clouds, loved it. We went for a hike at the 7 Waterfalls on the property. Great time again this year!!

My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay. Beautiful and peaceful location. This time of the year is the best time to visit. The foliage is a beautiful scenery. Not to far from the lake. Playground accessible for the children. Again we had a great time. Thanks again

We enjoyed the house but there is no yard and driveway is steep. I had to wipe out the whole inside of the AC covered with mold on the main floor.

Family get together at Suissevale.
Property was very comfortable for family get together for 7 adults. Plenty of room in a comfortable house. Beach was very nice. Walked some day and drove some days. Owner was very accessible for a couple of first day questions. Would definitely rent this property again.

Renovation Rescue
Our daughter’s family home was under renovation and we came to help. She and the kids moved in with us to avoid the chaos. It proved to be the perfect house for us. The location was perfect, the house comfortable but not “fussy”. We could relax. The kids (ages 3-16) enjoyed the playground, X box, and deck. We had a lovely time together while working on their house.

Just what the doctor ordered!!
We rented for the family to celebrate Thanksgiving together and away from the rat-race. It was perfect, relaxing, lots to do in the area, quiet this time of year, beautiful spot to walk, explore, hike, etc. The kids had ping pong tournaments every night and the adults got in on it too. We walked down to watch the sunset at the beach. Went up to Castle in the Clouds but they had to shut down the road due to ice that day. We were able to hike the trail there though which had 7 waterfalls to view. Another day we hiked at the Marcus Wildlife Loon Sanctuary. We visited the Old Country Store, The Arcade, and a favorite was the Cider Bellies for donuts!! All in all it was a great getaway!

Perfect Experience
Booked last minute because of a death in the family. House was perfect. The location was only 10 minutes from family. The community was beautiful and we took daily walks around. Beds were very comfortable and we cooked every night with the kitchen supplies provided. Had everything we needed. Also the owner was extremely quick to answer when I text him with a question. Highly recommend this property and will definitely look to stay next time I'm visiting family in the area!

Great All The Way Around
We are an older couple who rented this property to be with our family for our 50th anniversary on the lake. The home is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. There were plenty of linens, utensils, kitchenware, and dishes provided. The kitchen appliances were most adequate and the washer and dryer were very helpful. The home is accessible to the Suissevale private beach and is close to Wolfeboro, Center Harbor and scenic sites around the lake. The only concern we had was that the property is located on a steep driveway and had very steep stairs to enter the home and inside the home. Although we are fairly strong and healthy at our age, it was difficult for us to navigate the steep stairs and driveway, especially on a daily basis. To be fair, this did not seem to faze the younger folks in the family. This is an ideal rental home for a large family who is looking to vacation in a central area in the lakes region. The host is very friendly, accommodating and was always available to us whenever we contacted him. We highly recommend this home as a rental, especially a large family.

The private beach is the best part!
It was our first time to Moultonborough and it was exactly what we wanted!! A quiet, low key get away. The rental was spacious and accommodated all our needs. The rental pretty much had everything you'd need for a stay...excluding your personal items like toiletries, clothes, and food of course. Being literally 3 minutes from the private beach/park was the highlight of our stay!! My only gripe was the air conditioning. There's only 2 window units for the entire house (but eventually they cool off the house after running for a while) and they were COMPLETELY covered on the inside with MOLD!!! Unfortunately on our 3rd day I discovered this...I was super concerned since the units were constantly on and we were just breathing in mold spores!! I discontinued using the air conditioners immediately and alerted Scott. He tried to get in touch with HVAC, but couldn't get an appointment during our stay. We only had a day and a half left so it wasn't taken care of then. Overall, Scott was a very good host. He always responded quickly and was very pleasant. He tried to address our concerns as much as possible and even let me go back to the rental a few hours after our check out because we forgot my son's Nintendo Switch case that was full of games! Other than the air conditioning issues, I would recommend a stay here.

Lovely house close to the lake
The house is really nice, clean and definitely better that in the pictures. The grill worked very well. We were quite unlucky with the weather, the ping pong table saved us, the kids loved it. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We had a minor issue with the TV and it was promptly addressed. We would definitely recommend to a friend
