Great Place for large groups

One elevator was broken the first day. It took almost an hour to get up to our room, but it was repaired the next day. The condo is excellent and kid friendly. The views were beautiful.The kitchen is one of the best equipped condos I've seen. Enough cookware to actually cook. 10 of us stayed including 5 kids but we did not feel cramped. 10/10 would definitely stay again.

Perfect beach getaway

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. There was more than enough room for 4 adults and six kids who all loved the pools and the beach. The owner was prompt with responses to any questions. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Perfect for Family Vacation

We had the absolute best time during our stay! Mrs Susan was quick to respond and very friendly! The condo was clean and the perfect size! The resort was clean and so easy to get around! The staff were friendly and very respectful! We plan to come back! We would recommend this condo and resort to anyone who is looking for a family friendly vacation!!

Splash pool and splash pad

The boys loved these 2 activities. It was a rainy cloudy cold week and a heated pool helped. Our unit was large with huge windows and 3 balconies looking at the gulf.

The property was amazing! The kids had fun during our entire stay. It’s right on the beach and even comes with a couple beach chairs. The pools and hot tub were nice and the splash pad was great for the younger kids to play on. We will definitely be back during warmer weather.

Perfect Family Beach Vacation

We loved this condo! All three bedrooms featured king size beds and each had an oceanfront balcony. One of the bedrooms had a bunk bed for small children. The condo was clean and welcoming. The owners were fantastic and communicated with us from the time we booked the unit through our check-in and even reached out during our stay to confirm we had everything we needed. Outstanding customer service. Thank you Susan!

Overall Splash is very nice and we had a great time. Only complaint I would have is the elevators for the west side were down for maintenance a lot during the week. You could wait up 45 minutes to get on an elevator.

Absolutely perfect. No problems plenty of everything. Host was excellent communicator. Would rent this unit again. Already looking for dates for next year. Rented 2 units for a large family and this unit was definitely the best of the 2. No complaints whatsoever. 5 stars.

Excellent Condo

My family stayed in this corner unit with my dad and son in the lockout suite room. Perfect setup for a large family! The unit was clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We absolutely enjoyed our time there and will be back! Highly recommend!

Hands down the best condo we have stayed at in PCB. The unit is on the end of the West building and was perfect for our family vacation. The lockout bedroom was perfect for naps for my 2 year old. Each bedroom has a balcony. The resort is perfect for kids and adults. The bar and grill on property was very good for lunch. Splash is in the perfect place in PCB, away from the main area but still within short driving distances to everything we wanted to do. The owners are so nice and quickly respond when you contact them. We would stay here again and are already planning our next trip here!

PCB Stay

Excellent property, well maintained condo, had everything we needed for our family vacation. Great communication with condo owner. My only wish is that the smaller splash pad had more activities for the littles, but that’s for the condo association not the owner.

Spring break

We had an awesome stay. The condo was exactly as described and had everything that was needed. The resort is perfect for families of all ages. The location and condo are perfect for families, it is away from the hustle and crowds, however, it is an easy drive to places such as Pier Park (within 5 minutes). I highly recommend this condo.

Perfect stay on beach

This property is better than the pictures posted! Condo as super spacious, clean and comfy. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Beds were comfy. The condo comes with two beach chases we used daily. Sand and Gulf just an elevator ride away your condo is perfect. The views from the 12th floor are phenomenal. Mikes donut shop and a market were a quick walk away. Don’t let donut line stop you from getting donuts. Publix and Winn Dixie very close as well.

Perfect family vacation

We have been coming to PCB for over 40 years. We love it down here. We rented for a long time until we decided to take the plunge and buy a place. Our home base is Tennessee. The contrast between the two locales is great. You come down often enough and you may do the same! Thanks for looking at our place!

Why they chose this property

We chose the Splash Resorts for two main reasons: Location & World Class Facility

Splash is in the middle of things but close enough to the edge that you can miss the traffic when you need to drive somewhere. You are close to Pier Park and Frank Brown Park. City Pier, Shipwreck Water Park and practically every good restaurant are five minutes away.

The second reason is the facility itself. There is something for young and old alike. The arcade and water park for the kids is first class. They can even shop Alvin's Island without leaving the grounds. The fitness and work out center is top notch. Where else can you workout while gazing at the ocean? The pools are large and roomy and the lazy river is my favorite.

What makes this property unique

This property has 2 heated pools, a lazy river, 1 jacuzzi, fitness center overlooking the gulf, and an amazing kids water play area!! Pedestrian friendly! Pier Park with activities, cinemas, restaurants and shopping less than 1 mile away. Covered parking available.
