About the host
Your host

We are a seasoned Vermont couple who enjoy traveling. We are happy to offer our home to others while we are off pursuing adventures of our own.
Why they chose this property
We appreciate the quiet, rural nature of our beautiful home and the fields, woods, and creeks that surround us. We love the small community feel of our sweet hometown of Bristol Village, with its breweries, art gallery, pizzeria, and restaurants. We enjoy adventuring into the great outdoors and the many opportunities nearby, including hiking Camel's Hump and kayaking at Button Bay State Park. We enjoy our proximity to Burlington, which is an unmatched destination with so much to offer, including the pedestrian marketplace and shopping, abundant waterfront activities such as boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming, and the exceptional bike path that runs along Lake Champlain.
What makes this property unique
We custom designed and built our home in a beautiful location on Baldwin Creek. The house features many unique and artful details, such as its many stained glass windows, high ceilings, the spacious back porch, and an open and inviting floor plan.
We have a small barnyard on the property, with our beloved horse, Rosie and our dear goat, Felicia, who love a carrot or some raisins over the fence. We also have a spattering of chickens. Our barnyard animals are tended to by our caretaker while we are away, and they are popular with our guests, especially children.
While we travel extensively, there is no place like home.
