Bedrooms each feature a king sized bed, along with 2 bathrooms equipped with all of the necessary essentials, The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the Gulf, as does the lanai, which offers additional space with a cozy sofa bed for extra comfort. The lanai has remote controlled blinds and a table for six (6) for informal dining overlooking the beach. Sliding glass doors can also be used to close off the lanai from the living room for privacy. Within just a few feet of the beach, our condominium home features a well equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and a view straight through the living room out to the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf. There is a new full size stacked washer/dryer in the master closet. The unit is also stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler for a wonderful relaxing day at the beach. Turtle Beach is a great place for shelling. Bring your fishing pole to try your hand at fishing in the surf or the lagoon. There are a variety of restaurants within walking distance or use our collection of menus to select your dining destination. You can drive, or take the free nearby trolley to our world famous #1 rated Siesta Key Beach. You can visit the local Siesta Key Village for shopping, dining or nightlife. Interested in boating? We have free boat docks for your use, a kayak launching dock and a local wildlife preserve to explore.
