About the host
Hosted by Amy Brewbaker

Originally from Wilmington, NC, I am a veterinarian who moved to Asheville in 2020. Having bounced around between housing during veterinary school, I was excited to put down roots and create a peaceful sanctuary in which to live. After living in the home for 5 years, I accepted a position that requires travel. I decided to rent my home out so others can enjoy this special space. I'm happy to host guests and love hearing their feedback. I enjoy hiking, paddleboarding, pilates, dogs and live music. I'm always happy to offer local recommendations, just ask!
Why they chose this property
Just 1 mile from Mission Hospital, 1 mile from the Biltmore Estate and 2 miles from Downtown, the home is centrally located. The property is at the bottom of a downhill driveway and ideally situated away from any main roads. It is private and peaceful, yet provides convenient access to everything Asheville has to offer. The backyard opens up to a large field and the neighborhood is quiet.
What makes this property unique
I invested a lot into thoughtful decor and renovations, including a complete rebuild of the back deck. I personally designed the outdoor living area for ultimate enjoyment, year-round. Hopefully you will love this special space as much as I do!
