A mini split system provides AC and primary heating. On the coldest winter nights it may be necessary to use the backup electric baseboard heaters in the bedrooms. For this reason we don't recommend booking over 6 guests during the winter season.
Due to the open spiral staircase this house is not conducive to young children. Please discuss ahead of time if you have children under 5 years old.
Anglers will need a valid Maine fishing license which can be purchased online or at local bait and tackle shops in Bridgton and Naples.

About the host
Hosted by Steve & Rebecca

We are beyond excited to invite you! This place is very special to us. The house is situated on the Bryant family land that dates back to the late 19th century. In the past couple of years we have really enjoyed renovating the property and creating new memories in this house in Rebecca's home town. We have so many great memories here, and we are convinced that you will too.
Why they chose this property
Rebecca was born and grew up in Bridgton Maine and this property was originally part of the family farm owned by her great grandfather George W. Bryant. When the opportunity came to buy back and revitalize a piece of her family history we knew right away it was something that we could not pass up.
