Absolutely wonderful experience!

Lisa & Martin are outstanding hosts -very responsive and helpful! The house was immaculate and perfect for two couples with the two master suites. Another friend stayed in one of the other twin bedrooms and had her own bathroom too with the main bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped and bbq grill perfect for grilling. The patio is very private and relaxing and the pool refreshing. It’s a perfect location in the Champions Gate area with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Traffic in the area can be heavy at times so plan ahead. We stayed for four nights but we were so busy we didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the game room. The gated community makes it a quiet and secure neighborhood. If we are in the area again we would DEFINITELY return to this beautiful home! Many thanks Lisa & Martin for allowing us to stay at your wonderful home!

The BEST vacation villa!!

What a wonderful place to stay with the family when visiting Central Florida. We have stayed in many villas in the area in the past, this one, by far was the cleanest and best maintained!! The layout of the home was perfect. It was very welcoming and felt like a second home to us! The south facing large pool area with the shaded lanai was perfect for all day sunshine and we all thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it! The hosts were very easy to communicate with and got back to us quickly whenever we had a question. An absolute delight to work with!! Honestly, this place was amazing!! We will be booking again when we return to the area!

Furniture needs immediate upgrade throughout

Unfortunately our stay at this property wasn’t as expected. We were welcomed with what seemed like huge hornet, wasp or whatever that was, high up on the living room wall, the girls ran outside till my son and I were able to bring it down and killing it with the tennis rackets (took pics of this) The beds in all 4 rooms were beyond uncomfortable the 4 twin size in 2 of the bedrooms should be place outside for bulk pick up. The area rug in the living room was gross (at one point it must have been white I guess) the sofa had stains and crumbles under the pillows, we just stayed off of it. We were made aware by the owners of the construction going on behind the house and we understand that’s beyond their control when we asked about this the response was “it’s a hit or miss” lucky for us it was a miss everyday, the shouting, loud music, hammering and constant beeping from heavy equipment was non stop every single day including on Sunday 7am. Between the beds situation and the noise we were never able to relax a single day and sleep past 7am. Definitely not our idea of a pleasant vacation. The game room was a garage with a few cheap fans since there was no air conditioning, an air hockey table on the verge to falling apart, very hot. The pool outside was decent. It’s a shame because the area is really nice, quiet and seemed safe, an acceptable distance to the parks and about 8 minutes to restaurants and supermarkets etc. The house has potential but it desperately needs upgrades, urgent refurnishing throughout.

Awesome place to stay but please change your on street parking policy …we traveled all the way from Ohio to Florida just to have one of my team moms car get towed because it barely touched the grass

Wonderful place!!!

We have always rented condos. This time we decided to go with a house. This house was PERFECT for our family. Located in a nice neighborhood and close to food. We decided to get the pool/spa heated and whenever we got there, the heater was not working. The owners immediately responded and got someone on it. I highly recommend the additional purchase of the heater! My kids and husband really enjoyed the game room. We will definitely stay at this house whenever we visit Orlando again!

Great place to stay!

This property was just as advertised. Lisa and Martin communicated some changes before hand and were very responsive to my requests. It is in a very convenient location, close to restaurants and stores, as well as about a 20-30 minute drive to disney!

Great place in gated neighborhood; nice view

We just stayed here over Labor Day. We wanted to be in this neighborhood to be close to family. We were very happy with the place. They are doing construction behind the house to build a new neighborhood. We actually liked this a lot because there is a big expansive view from the pool area (not just someone else's pool 20 feet away). We sat our there every night and morning.

Not as expected

We were disappointed to learn that the scenery behind the pool has changed from the profile pictures so dramatically. The woods have been completely cleared and at 8 am the next morning, a large bulldozer started working around 50 feet from the pool (this will become a new housing development). So not exactly the quiet retreat we had looked for. We invited the owner to update the pictures in the profile. Otherwise, the house was clean and spacious and was a great place to stay.

Nice House

Very beautiful and clean home. We experienced issues with getting the hot tub working properly. In the end it was a failed attempt. Other than that, owners were responsive and property was clean.

This home is exactly what we were looking for. It is in a great part of Florida, in a gated community which provides you with peace of mind and close to many stores and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay - loved the location and the private pool/spa. Everything was as listed. Note that you are provided starter toilet paper, etc., and will need to go grocery shopping soon after arriving - Publix is a couple of miles away. Overall, recommended.

Private & Peaceful

The house backs up to a wooded area which provides a private feeling when relaxing poolside. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was just as described. Having a bathroom connected to the pool area was great for the kids. We enjoyed our time at this house and would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, modern and conveniently located

This is the 9th year in row we have gone to Florida and to quote my wife 'this is the best villa we've stayed at yet'! We stayed at West Haven last year and just love the location close to the I4 and also many other routes to get to shopping and attractions if there are any I4 jams. Very close to Champions great with some great amenities for grocery shopping, pharmacy and restaurants if you don't want to go to far. The villa itself was spotlessly clean, very well equipped with towels and also kitchen implements. Pool deck is a great size with plenty room to sunbathe but also enough room in the shade for the hot days! Spent many afternoons lazing in the pool gazing out to the forest at the back which made it all very peaceful. Thanks again to Lisa and Martin for letting us stay we enjoyed it very much.
