We are Jason, John & Erin - cousins and life long travelers. We have always dreamed of owning a home our entire family can enjoy and we found it! We are honored to be able to share this experience with you.

Why they chose this property

What a great location overlooking the best little town in Wester North Carolina - the home was built by an impactful and respected member of Bryson City, Dr Harold Bacon. Perched above Everett Street you can see the 'Hallmark' town and are within walking distance of the best shops, diners and coffee bars you can imagine!! Not to mention the Smoky Mountains and all the adventure it has to offer, at your doorstep.

What makes this property unique

Location, Location, Location. You are in the mountains surrounded by 25+ species of the most beautiful flora onsite (big and small) AND you have the convenience of a walkable town less than 3 minutes away. Historical home and cabin, reimagined and refined to be a one of a kind experience. Get in your car and experience plenty of easy-to-hard hiking trails, too many to count waterfalls, rafting trips, mountain biking, and all around nature immersion just a few beautiful miles down the road. And don't forget to book your trip on the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad.
