Welcome to Coconut Cottage a stunning new construction home in Old Town Key West's Bahama Village. Featuring 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom with an inviting open floor plan, luxurious finishes and exceptional location just blocks from major attractions.
The expansive primary suite occupies the entire second floor complete with private lanai, walk-in closet and ensuite full bathroom. A quaint guest room with a queen size bed is located on the first floor as well as a shared hallway bathroom with beautiful shower and custom vanity.
The kitchen and living room flow freely to the outside entertainment area and pool deck complete with waterfall offering ambient noise throughout the day.
A well-appointed kitchen offers stainless appliances, quartz countertops, breakfast bar with 3 stools.
The living room has a 65" flat-screen smart TV for you to stream your favorite applications, spacious sofa, end tables, lamps and sitting chair. A dining area for up to 4 guests inside or out completes the space.
Rear sliding doors can be opened fully letting the outside in and enhancing your space for perfect enjoyment year-round. The plunge pool is 7' x 12' and is perfect for dipping or relaxing. The pool is heated upon request in the winter months from November 15- May 15 (for additional charge). The pool deck has two loungers, outdoor table & chairs, sitting area and is surrounded with lush tropical foliage.
Additional outside amenities include off-street parking for up to 2 cars, a rare find in Old Town Key West!
The home is located just 2 blocks to the 1000 block of Duval Street, 3 blocks to the Southernmost Point, less than 1/2 mile to Fort Zachary Taylor Beach and 2 blocks from Truman Annex Waterfront Park.
