This house was perfect for our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids ages 7 and 9). Convenient to beaches and town, well-equipped house including washing machine & dryer, loved the roof deck dining option. There are a bunch of other houses on the property but it still felt private. Only slight issue was that the A/C was in the living room so we needed to sleep with the bedroom doors open (there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms, but it was still warm!). Would stay here again.
This cottage was great for our family of three- small but very functional, nestled on a pretty hillside property. Enjoyed finding the beautiful views from the town landing and the Mill Pond conservancy trail, both nearby in the neighborhood.
The home was nicely renovated and felt nestled in a quiet setting, surrounded by trees. We loved the roof deck. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking fresh fish almost every night. It was easy to ride our bikes on quiet roads to the beach and could access the bike path near the Orleans bike shop.
Cute, cozy cottage in East Orleans. It was just right for me, my husband, and our 10-year-old son. We cooked in/grilled most nights, so the full kitchen was great. Made plenty of use of the washer/dryer as well. Loved that we didn't have to bring our own linens or arrange linen rental! The only thing that would've improved the setup would be Netflix/Hulu access, but we survived just fine. :)
My daughter and I had a perfect 4 days together before I drop her off at school 4000 miles from our home in CA. I can’t imagine a more beautiful setting and perfect cottage for bonding and sharing some time together. It will be a memory for a lifetime.
We were so pleased when we arrived, the place was clean and inviting! The Delmar company was very responsive, and quick to meet any of our needs. We will definetly book with them again!
It was a lovely, if tiny Cape Cod cottage. We mostly enjoyed our stay. Because of COVID, we mainly cooked at ate at home, and we had the tools to do that comfortably. We were a short drive to Tonset Beach, where we launched kayaks to paddle over to Nauset Beach nearly every day. The ocean-side was practically a private beach with the exception of the seals who would stop to ask how we're doing before moving along. The only negative was an uncomfortable experience, where my kids and I had a quiet dinner on our rooftop balcony one evening, and one of the neighbors called the management office to complain about us trespassing on other balconies (which we were not). The management office then called us to remind us to stay on our own balcony, which was both unnecessary and it left a sour taste. For this reason we will likely not return. If you can ignore the neighbors, the house itself and management were great.
Cute little cottage on a quiet road. Just what we needed! Family of 3 with enough room for us to spread out. Close to amazing Nauset and Skaket beaches. Lovely morning walks. You can hear the ocean at night. No view from the roof deck but still nice to stargaze at night. Too hot during day to sit up there. Great location to go and explore outer cape. We also took advantage of the Cape Cod Rail Trail and brought our bikes. Would definitely come back!!
The cottage exceeded our expectations. Very well maintained, clean and cozy. My wife was thrilled by the number of hangers, hooks and storage for her clothes. The location is far enough off the beaten path to be peaceful and tranquil, while being convenient to surrounding areas.
described at "end of Seaview Road", when it was at the bottom of an unmarked road, or driveway, that was a left turn, at the start of Seaview. We were helped by a personal visit from your staff, who solved the problem, but I'd advise you to change the directions and mark the driveway.
Otherwise, it was a comfortable and beautiful cottage!

Cozy & comfort in a home nestled in the woods.
The property is in a quiet area with easy access to all points on the Cape. The home was modern and clean. The cottage was so comfortable and we easily settled in to make it our home for a few days. The staff at Del Mar Vacations were very helpful. We will be back for another stay !

comfortable, clean,well maintained, good location
We had a wonderful stay and this rental unit was perfect. Not too big but not too small. Very clean and well maintained and even though there are other cottages right next door it felt very private. It was cool enough to have a fire in the fireplace which was very enjoyable. The roof deck is a nice touch on a cool, sunny day. The customer service was excellent. No complaints whatsoever! I would, and may, return for a repeat visit.

The property is in great condition. Small but functional kitchen. Service was prompt and everything worked fine. We liked the neighborhood and loved the lakes, a short drive. Good choice.

Quiet, Secluded, Beautiful!!!
We really enjoyed this quaint little get-away in Orleans. Very neatly decorated and clean. The deck above the roof was perfect. Great way to enjoy a quiet afternoon with a glass of wine. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to the Cape.

Beautiful stay in a great location
We had a fantastic week at this property - despite rough weather as Hurricane Jose passed by out to sea. This cottage is exactly as you see in the photos, well stocked, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location is also amazing, very quiet and peaceful despite being only 2 mile from Orleans and ~8 miles from Chatham. It's great to have linens provided, which appears unusual on the Cape, saves a lot of packing! The roof terrace is stunning, and Orleans is a great place to eat and do a little gift shopping - we'd recommend Rock Harbor Bar and Grill for dinner (arrive before 5pm to be sure of a seat!) and Homeport for a great breakfast. There was also fantastic communication from the agents, I certainly plan to use them again if I travel to the Cape. Book a stay at this property if you want a peaceful, tranquil holiday in a great location in a beautifully decorated home!

Delightful little cottage
The ad said that this home is COMPLETELY renovated, and that is 100% accurate. It's a small 2-bedroom cottage, perfect for a couple or two. Bath, kitchen, appliances, living area, woodwork, and furnishings are all new and comfortable. There's a terrific outdoor shower and two decks. It's in a beautiful area, 1/4 mile from a boat/kayak launch, with plenty of privacy. We hope to return.

Quiet retreat
Two couples stayed here for three nights. If you like being away from all the noise and lights, this is the place to be.
While the place is compact, it has everything you need. The kitchen was amply supplied with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc. The beds were firm. Wifi was reliable with ample speed.
We rented the linens which included bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, along with sheets and pillow cases. You will need to make your beds.
The fireplace (you provide your firewood, - grocery store item) works well and was perfect for our one night of rain. There is a unit for heat and a/c in the cottage.
While the pictures make it appear this house is by itself, there are three other similarly sized cottages on the property, all located behind a large house. All are well spaced and this cottage has amply privacy.
Meals out on the deck were delightful, especially breakfast.
We would stay here again. The location made it easy to travel north towards Provencetown, as well as east towards Hyannis and Sandwich.

Girls weekend - which means it was awesome!
Four of us escaped to Orleans and loved our visit to this cottage. It has plenty of space, and my favorite was the outdoor shower. We spent lots of time on the roof deck too!
