New build townhome 5 minutes from Uptown Charlotte and BofA Stadium, 10 minutes from Atrium and Novant Medical Centers, 2 minutes from I-77 and 5 minutes from I-85. In Charlotte's historic westside with easy access to the surrounding area, this home offers great location. 5-minute walk to Stewart Creek Greenway, and a 5 minute walk to the trolley on Trade Street.

This was recently our primary home so it offers lived-in comfort and comes with everything you would need for an extended stay.

Pretty townhome with great natural light

We had a great stay at Daniel’s townhome. The hosts were quick to respond and caring, and the home was perfect for our needs. Loved that they had a dedicated office space with a desk, monitor, chair and printer. The home has lots of windows and the best natural light. The community is nice and new and clean. Great location with plenty of good restaurants coffee shops and breweries nearby. Quick access to a pretty greenway where we had a nice walk. Also the area has easy access to the interstate and downtown. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

5 star review perfect townhome

The townhome was perfect for our stay in Charlotte so we could visit our new grandniece. It truly felt like a home away from home! It was nice to have a work station set-up in the loft so my husband could work. The kitchen was fully stocked so we could do our cooking. The location was perfect. This would be a great home for a more extended stay, next time we visit we will definitely be booking again.

Great stay!

Daniel’s home was the perfect place for our group of 6. We did have to share 2 showers between the group, but as long as you don’t mind that, it was great otherwise. It was a very clean and comfortable home to spend time at during our stay. We ended up cooking at the place a good bit and they had a very well stocked kitchen which was great. The location is one of the best parts. The community is nice and quaint, the neighbors were friendly, and its very accessible to different parts of Charlotte. Daniel also had great recommendations for coffee shops and restaurants in the area for us to enjoy. We would recommend their home for your next stay!
