At Cozy Bungalow our back yard is a peaceful oasis! Enjoy relaxing in the hot tub spa, grilling a meal, or enjoying the fresh air under the pergola.

Inside, enjoy luxury amenities for up to eight people! When you enter, you'll find our open concept living room. This space features a large cozy sectional, chairs, a huge bean bag chair, a Smart TV, and board games! The kitchen is fully stocked and has a coffee nook with coffee supplies and seating next to the electric fireplace. Near the backdoor is our dining table for 6!

When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our four bedrooms:
(1) Our first bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, closet, Smart TV, and en suite bathroom with large jacuzzi tub!
(2) Our second bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, closet, Smart TV, and a nearby bathroom.
(3) Our third bedroom is complete with two Twin size beds, a closet, and nearby bathroom.
(4) Our fourth bedroom is complete with a Twin bed with a Twin trundle to be pulled out, a desk and chair, and a nearby bathroom.

Guest Access:
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Home to the University of Arkansas, amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Fayetteville does not disappoint. Whether you're coming up here to visit the University or get a taste of our favorite local eats, there's something for everyone in your crew.

Other Things to Note:
House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
