BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEW HOME located in a beautiful gated community in the Jobos beach cliff area of Isabela, Puerto Rico. Enjoy the view and the sounds of the ocean from your own private rooftop terrace during the day and the glittering and luminous view of the stars at night. Also, relax day or night in your own private pool and cabana with a full outdoor bathroom or head out to the many beautiful beaches along the coastline that are within 5 mins of our home for a day of surfing, scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming or just relaxing.

This home is fully furnished with kitchen appliances, furniture throughout, a backup GENERAC GENERATOR with an automatic switch and a backup 600 gallon STAINLESS STEEL WATER RESERVE TANK with an automatic switch. ALL BEDROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING, including the common areas of the house, and ceiling fans in every room. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, a private bathroom with double vanities and a large walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed and the 3rd bedroom has [2] twin sized beds - both with wall to wall closets. You will enjoy the use of the washer/dryer located in the laundry room. On the second floor you can relax with the family and watch TV/DVD with full access to the beautiful terrace.

Wonderful vacation

My wife and I along with our daughter and granddaughter spent 10 days in this lovely home. In addition to the location, loveliness of the property and perfect weather, you would be very hard pressed to meet a more attentive host than Ivette anywhere. Her responsiveness and attention to details was way beyond any other experience we have ever had. Top notch stay

We couldn’t be happier with our stay! Everything was above and beyond. The hosts were fantastic at helping us plan (30 min phone call prior to coming), to enjoying the best restaurants and beaches, and even on what fruits could come back on the airplane with us. Extremely prompt with responses. Couldn’t have been better!

Weekend Getaway

The property met all expectations. The view was amazing. The loacation made for short trips to amazing beaches in local area. Shopping was a short trip in to town and with many local restaurants serving all sorts of food. It was the perfect place with a private pool and all the amenities of home. Our friends enjoyed their first trip to Puerto Rico very much. Thanks for letting us stay at your home. I highly recommend anyone else to stay here, it checks all the boxes.

Relaxing in Isabela

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation in Isabela. The home was comfortable, spacious, clean, and organized.We enjoyed the pool and the rooftop views. We used the kitchen and BBQ to make many of our meals. However, we also enjoyed some local spots for breakfast and dinner, and empanadas!The hosts provided everything necessary for a day at the beach; many excellent beaches are a short drive away where we enjoyed snorkeling, surfing, and just relaxing and reading.Ivette and Al made the check in process easy and were quick to respond to any questions that we had. They also provided excellent and comprehensive information about Isabela and the NW coast of PR.Thank you!!!

Quiet clean Home stones throw from PARADISE

This meticulously well maintained home with a PRIVATE pool was PERFECT for my family of five! Washer and dryer came in handy to keep up with our swimming gear, towels and multiple daily clothing changes. Plenty of BEACH gear available and just 5 minutes from the best snorkeling lagoon. We cannot WAIT to go back!

Paradise

The home is in a beautiful gated neighborhood w spectacular views of the ocean. We took walks/runs every evening and loved the sunsets on the rooftop terrace. You can’t walk to the ocean, but it’s a short 3 min drive. The house is completely stocked w everything needed and more. Although my daughter got sick while there we still were able to sit outside and enjoy the pool/ deck area for meals and shelter during a nice storm. Ivette was incredibly helpful when anything came up and available at all times. You have multiple beaches within 15-20 min. Don’t miss the eateries in town. Isabela is a must. All in all, we will be back to this wonderfully decorated, spacious home.

Never wanted to leave

This was once of the nicest places we've stayed. Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults. The hostess is so incredibly nice and helpful. Their goal is to make you feel at home & provide you with so much information to help you have the best time; and we did. We had an issue with one of the showerheads and within 1 to 1.5 hours it was replaced with a new one. Would recommend this place a thousand times over and would probably stay here again in future visits to PR. For food recommendations, we found Isabela Bakery for breakfast (we went there several times). Monsoon restaurant for dinner & drinks!! And if you're looking for some authentic Lechon (roast pig), La Tercera Generación has some of the best we've had. However, they are only open on Thursdays & Sundays. As for the beaches...there are so many to choose from in this area we visted at least four of them. Only wish we didn't have to leave PR so soon. You can't go wrong with this home or location!

Fantastic host and property

We had a group with 4 adults and 2 children. This house was perfect for us. It is much bigger than it looks in the pictures, the upstairs rooftop space is huge and the view from there is absolutely stunning. The hosts provided so many useful things such as boogie boards, beach umbrella, floats, bbq, laundry detergent, spices for cooking, a bag of coffee which lasted us several days, and much more. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The pool and backyard were clean, decorated well, and plenty of seating was provided, as well as a covered patio area with a large table which is where we ate dinner several of the nights. Ivette was an absolute pleasure to work with and gave so many detailed recommendations for things to do on the island along with pictures and a very useful informational binder. She made sure to point out the beaches which were safest for swimming, as she knew we had children with us. She was extremely responsive and was available to us at any time. She even had the pool company come to the house to check chlorine levels within 20 minutes of me inquiring! We really enjoyed our stay at this house and will absolutely stay here again when we plan a future trip to PR. And also, the VRBO pictures of the house don’t do it justice- it’s even nicer in person!

Great week near the beach!

Excellent trip with my partner and friends for the week between the Christmas and New Year’s holiday. The place had everything we needed for trips to the beach and the backyard pool was a major highlight! Also well stocked with kitchen supplies for some great meals. Wonderfully peaceful neighborhood and close to beaches, markets, restaurants and other points of interest. Host was very communicative with great tips for excursions and general info about the area! If you’re flying into Aguadilla, make sure you have a car rental arranged - it will be worth the extra expense. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend!

Nice house, great hosts

The house is roomy, clean, very well stocked, and comfortable. The owners provided everything we could need on arrival (coffee, snacks, TP, etc) and a ton of information on the house and area before we arrived. We had a problem with one of the AC units during our stay and they were very easy to communicate with and had a repairman there the next day. The only downside is the location. Due to the geography of the area, there are no houses right on the beach, so you do need to drive a little to get to the numerous beaches. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend.

Family vacation

The property was absolutely gorgeous! My family had the best vacation ever. The host was readily available and even helped us find a urgent care when my kids stepped on a sea urchin. Can't say driving was very much fun, but all the beautiful places we got to see were worth it! We can't wait to visit again.

Top Tier Host and Property

The host is very invested in making sure their renters enjoy the property. There is an awesome binder containing a ton of information on the property, nearby restaurants, beaches, and activities. Beach towels, chairs, floaties, coolers, etc. are there for your use. There was even a pack-and-play for my grandson to sleep in, eliminating a lot of luggage for our group! The host has anticipated all of your needs and provided for them. We loved the pool, the large kitchen, and the gathering spaces provided in the home. My family would highly recommend this host and property to anyone wanting to enjoy a stay in the beautiful city of Isabela in Puerto Rico.

Couldn’t Be Happier!

This property was perfect for our group of 6 adults on the island to attend a family wedding. Ivette was so friendly and truly wanted to make our stay as perfect as possible! I highly recommend starting your mornings on the front balcony, and ending your evenings on the rooftop deck! We couldn’t be happier with our stay!

Puerto Rican Getaway

The home was beautiful and equipped with everything you could possibly need and even more. The kids enjoyed the pool and all the pool toys that were provided as were beach towels. The laundry facilities were great! Every where we went was an easy drive. We would definately recommend this property.

Wonderful house, great location

Spent Christmas week at the house and it was amazing. Safe and quiet neighborhood, terrace with view on the ocean, best beaches and restaurants 10min away. House is big and in pristine condition. Host offered many suggestions and was very responsive. Highly recommended!!

Excellent Island Getaway.

I followed the reviews to book, and every single one was correct! The house was beautiful, well kept, clean and has all needed amenities to enjoy a worried free vacation. Al and Ivette were super responsible and responsive. Any issues were resolved immediately and their communication with us was great. Always very welcoming, and respectful. Definitely recommend the Figueroa Beach House and staying here again.

HS Grad celebration

I cannot say enough about our terrific hosts, Ivette and Albert. They were so very helpful and available pretty much anytime to answer questions about the island. Their property information book at the house was full of useful recommendations and suggestions and Ivette answered every one of my follow up questions. She is a gem. Please listen to her suggestions; she won't steer you wrong. Las Palmas was our favorite restaurant that we tried. The house itself was amazing. Although we didn't spend much time there, we really enjoyed those early morning/late evening swims in the pool. Our gathering spot seemed to be under the portico by the pool; it was so comfortable to sit in the shade and plan our adventures. And the island....just breathtaking. I totally recommend the horseback riding, the Gonzalandia falls and a day in Aquadilla. I will say the driving is not for the weak-hearted but it always worth getting in the car and going. You never know what you will get to experience after every twist and turn. Just fabulous. Thank you, Ivette and Albert, for your hospitality and abundance of recommendations. I would love to come back.
