Complete with a wood-burning stove and beautiful views. 5 minutes to Belleayre mountain, 15 minutes to Margaretville(great shops), and 10 minutes to Peekamoose Restaurant(fantastic food). These are just a fraction of the reasons why we love our home— and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Come and relax on the porch, wander around our 8+ acres(or drive a few minutes for hiking, swimming, skiing, or boating on the reservoir), wander around our semi-abandoned apple orchard (as we bring it back to life!) and warm up with a fire at night in the fire-pit and enjoy all that our area of the Catskills has to offer! Three comfortable bedrooms(one king, one queen, one double)and a bonus office/guest room are attached to the queen room. Den complete with TV, Roku, and Soundbar. Luxurious living room for living it up or winding down. Kitchen with wood-burning stove, dining area, and all appliances needed to make a feast.
