We (Chip and Sara) enjoy this home when we are staying in Tucson. Other times of the year we live in Portland OR. We love Tucson's vibe and all it has to offer. We are sure you will too! We are available for advice on what to see, where to go, what to do while you are here.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is awesome -- friendly neighbors, pedestrian-centric (the streets are for walking, the few cars here are readily yield to the peds), abundant wildlife (40% of the land area of the HOA is wild and undeveloped, making it a natural habitat for hummingbirds and javelinas, birds and bobcats), quiet, close to hiking.
What makes this property unique
While some homes in the HOA are townhomes (share a wall with a neighbor), our home is a free-standing house. Despite a large patio with outstanding views, it is remarkably private. You'll enjoy the night sky from the patio in the evening, sunrises over the eastern Catalinas in the morning.
