I love the combination of this unique location and it’s tropical and topographical Hillside perch- only minutes walk to the very heart of the Romantic Zone and it’s endless venues.
What makes this property unique
Other than the amazing staircase location, it is also easily accessible by main vehicle arteries directly connected to the center of town. Walkable in minutes. The house itself is of an historical nature, yet completely updated in terms of its utilities, electric, ample hot water, and Super high speed Internet.
