This modern and stylish 41m2 studio in the heart of Dubai offers a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. Thoughtfully designed with contemporary décor, the space features a cozy king-sized bed, a comfortable lounge area with a single sofa bed, and a sleek coffee table. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light, leading to a private balcony with stunning city views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave.

The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a large rain shower, a toilet and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The studio has been professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

The pool will be out of service until September 1st.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
