New mattresses, linens, towels, furniture. Clean & fresh paint & updated. Well equipped kitchen with new appliances. Stocked with bikes, beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, pool toys, charcoal grill and grill tools.

Parking for 2 cars in driveway.

Our family has enjoyed the gulf coast area for many years and love having a place to come to.
Why they chose this property
We are beach people and Nokomis Beach is beautiful, less congested and so perfect. We can easily get to the beach without traffic worries! Our home is located in a charming neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
We have a large outdoor space that is very private in a quiet setting. The pool and spa are amazing and so relaxing. It has beautiful landscaping. Just a perfect ZEN space! The house is cozy, comfortable and very inviting with a layout that makes it easy to have everyone together.
